Millions Are Suffering – Find a Simple & Powerful Help Here!
Welcome! In my last blog, I introduced to you the Pika Pika Breathing that is meant to support you by regaining the control in challenging situations. In the following, I will introduce to you the Pika Pika Light and Energy Breathing that is an addition to the basic Pika Pika method.
Anxiety and anger are the main negative emotional-mental conditions, which often lead to depression and body pain. There are millions of people in the United States, and on the entire world, who suffer under these conditions.
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) in 2015, about 40 million Americans over the age of 18 are affected by anxiety.
This is roughly 18 percent of the entire nation’s population. Even though anxiety disorders are highly treatable, only about 37 percent of sufferers receive treatment.
It is estimated that roughly 16.2 million adults in the United States — or 6.7 percent of American adults — have had at least one major depressive episode.
According to a study published in the journal Behavioral Sciences & the Law, about 22 million people — or almost 9 percent of American adults — have a history of impulsive angry behavior.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are currently more than one million people in the United States who suffer under fatigue syndrome.
Worldwide, the estimated number could be as high as 25 million people.
Fatigue is extreme tiredness that typically results from (too) intense mental or physical exertion. It could also be a result of an illness. Fatigue causes a person to feel extremely tired and exhausted so that good performance isn’t possible.
These numbers are impressive!
Anxiety and anger affect each other and other symptoms reciprocally.
They worsen with the time causing depression, fatigue, and body pain.
Often, the sufferer has to deal with anxiety and depression, anger and depression or fatigue and depression.
Also, chronic pain causes depression.
- But, how to stop anxiety and depression?
- How to stop anger and depression?
- How to stop feeling tired and exhausted?
- How to soothe the pain?

In my prior blog, I introduced a Hawaiian breathing technique called Pika Pika Breathing or simple Pika Pika.
If you did not check it out yet, do it now, please! It could be very beneficial for you to learn more about the background of this technique that provides more understanding of how the breathing technique works in your system.
In this blog, I will show you how to use the Pika Pika Breathing as a light and energy Pika Pika meditation.
If you haven’t tried the Pika Pika Breathing yet, please do it first. Some experience in Pika Pika will make it easier for you to apply the light and energy breathing.
How To Do Pika Pika Light & Energy Breathing?
Find a good place to do the Pika Pika Light and Energy Breathing, please.
The place should calm and clean, and not too bright.
Sit, or lie down comfortably and close your eyes. Feel your body touching the surface of the furniture you sit or lie on it. Concentrate on your breathing.
Notice as the air is circulating in and out of your nostrils. In and out. In and out.
Imagine and feel the highest point of your skull. Breathe in through this point as if there were a hole in it. Let the fresh air circulate in your entire body.
See in your mind how your entire body is sucking in the fresh, rich air. Every single cell is filling up with the fresh air and energy.
Then exhale through the soles of your feet, focusing on your mind on the points in the middle of the sole of each foot. Consider them as exit holes. So, inhale and exhale through these points.
Repeat this process two times and enjoy the relaxing feeling in your body and mind.
The third time, when you inhale through the hole in your skull, picture the incoming fresh air as a vibrant golden light, the universal or divine light-energy. Suck in the golden light through the top of your head.
Feel its vibrating, cleansing and restoring energy. Let the golden light circulate in your entire body. See in your mind how your entire body — from the bottom of your soles to the very top of your head — is filling up with the vibrant, zappy golden light. Every single cell is filling up with the wonderful, fresh golden light-energy.
Please breathe slowly and deeply. Take your time and relax.
Then exhale through the soles of your feet, focusing on your mind on the points in the middle of the sole of each foot, which you consider as exit holes.
While you exhale imagine the outgoing air as a grayish smoke or fog leaving your body, and taking with all stresses, body pains, negative thoughts and feelings, memories of bad experiences, and anything that doesn’t serve you anymore.
Depend on how you do feel, you may picture the grayish smoke brighter or darker or even blackish or black.
Release the smoke out of your body! Do it NOW!
Release all stresses, body pains, negative thoughts and feelings, memories of bad experiences, and anything that doesn’t serve you anymore! Do it NOW!
Exhale! Let it go!
Repeat the process for three or X more times.
You may like to picture the outgoing air brighter and brighter every time you exhale.
Repeat the breathing until you achieve the desired state of inner calmness and tranquility.
Please breathe slow and deep. Take your time. Relax.
When you ready to go, open your eyes. Stretch your body! Yees! Good job!
How do you feel now?
Ready to deal with whatever the world is asking you to?
Best results can be achieved with two or three sessions of about 10 minutes a day!
I hope you enjoyed the process and gained many benefits from it.
I hope you are feeling good, now! Are you?
Just close your eyes for a moment, please.
Feel the serenity in you!
