Imagine how pleasant it is to achieve maximum performance and to be inwardly relaxed because your subconscious mind optimally sets everything inside you.

You see how what you have made becomes reality.

Your body, your soul and your consciousness are strong.


Transcend Your Previous Limitations

Your subconscious mind helps you to transcend your previous limits, to discover and use your full potential because you can be a winner.

Imagine how an optimal competition will take place with the help of your subconscious mind.

How will your movements be when everything is going perfectly?

How will you feel about it?

How is your mood?

How makes this sense of security feel to support your subconscious mind?

Put yourself completely in the situation and feel everything exactly as if you really would do it.
Now describe to me how everything works out if it is going to be ideal, as you wish.

Is that the way you want it?
Do you desire to store this in your subconscious mind?

All these ideas and all those words are now stored deep in your subconscious mind and they will become as true as You said it and as you described it.

Your subconscious mind now knows what it has to do and it will mobilize all your inner powers to give you exactly the skills and feelings that make you feel good and bring you to the optimum level of performance.

So that every movement, every word, every thought of you become more and more in accordance with your desire from day to day.

And you will notice very quickly how your words come true, as you say.

All these words are stored deep within you and they will come true just as YOU said.

From now on, you can always use self-hypnosis to boost your preparation for a sporting contest.
